So after one of my normal charges, it seems the battery is draining super fast. I have the “screen always on” feature off and it just seems like it’s draining 5-10% per hour. Not sure if the battery is at the end of its life, my Fitbit is about 15 months old and I rarely get it wet. If anyone may give me a idea if it may be a battery issue or if I have something on that is draining it, please let me know.

Hi @Littleepse - unfortunately if none of the suggestions help, it is doubtful they will, it would indicate a watch fault, possibly from water damage if it suddenly happened.
If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.

Thank you, that is what I think due to the sudden change in battery life. The issue is it wouldn’t be water damage as I never got it wet when it happened, it seemed to have happened from me charging it.

Hi ManuFitbit, I have tried those steps and it was fine up until I charged it one time. As another person in this reply mentioned, it may be a small fault that he formed from use as it is 15 months old.
