I had to return my Sense 2 because it has vertical black lines in the screen, not the glass but the screen. It also didn't change screen brightness and get a red X at times when turning on/restarting... has anyone else experienced these problems? especially the black lines... I have spoken to support already, ran a bunch of troubleshoots and they decided I should return it or use the warranty. So I am returning it for a replacement. I love this watch and I am a little disappointed. I'm really hoping the replacement is better.

The replacement seems very good so far. no issues at the moment! the screen is flawless on this one. thank you for the quick reply

Well it turns out this one isn't working properly either, i am very frustrated. Its slow and laggy (the screen) and it does not track my sleep properly. the one i returned did but the screen had a black line through it. I've tried every troubleshoot on your websites, google help and even searched for hours trying to find a fix. I am considering going to another Brand. this is frustrating and getting rediculous. now i need to return a second watch.
