Hi @Cmart9771 - if you couldn't restart your watch it may simply be in need of charging which isn't working, just in case follow the various instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I'm sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing with Sense 2. Thank you for sharing that information.
I'd recommend you follow the steps suggested in the article above mentioned by @Guy_.
After fully charging your device, try to perform a restart. Then sync it. If there is something difficult, see this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, change the clock face.
