I just received the Fitbit Sense 2 for Christmas and removed a couple tiles that I wouldn't use to swap them for ones that I would use but every time I try to install the new tiles, they look like they're installing for a second and then the install fails and they never get added to my Fitbit. I've tried several things that I've seen on Google that people tried, including restarting the Fitbit, restarting my phone, resyncing my Fitbit & my phone, force closing & clearing the cache on the Fitbit app, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app... Nothing is working. I found an old post on here from September 2025 of someone having the same issue and someone from Fitbit responded and said it was a known issue but it still seems to be an issue.

Exact same happening here. I try to uninstall the tile I don't want in order to install the one I do want. But after about 2 seconds the uninstalled one automatically reverts to installed, and I can't add anything new. Wish Fitbit would fix this.

I've had my Sense 2 for around 18m and the tiles downloaded fine when I got it, now trying to change them as my priorities have changed, it's glitching out. It would be interesting to see if Fitbit respond to this issue, especially if it's known from back in September!
