Hi @mel2180 - Find my phone can be loaded from the Gallery tile but it doesn't have any other non Fitbit apps.
However if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

On storage music has been removed from all trackers.
If there are no swim laps, why do we still have a setting for pool leangth?

@Rich_Laue because later you can see the total length in the app but you can't see swim laps on the watch while you swimming (as you could on Sense).

@Rich_Laue when sense 2 was released the original sense still had onboard music service. And anyway it seems quite an original way to fix a lack "hey, now you can't complain any longer about a removed feature, we removed the feature from the predecessor too 😁😁😁"
Has @t.parker convinced you about swimming laps because it appears you didn't believe it.
Any comment on the other points?

Hi said that I didn't believe, I simply mentioned that I see a setting for pool leangth.
As for music storage, currently no fitbit has the ability to store music, because fitbit doesn't support the needed app.

@Rich_Laue it's not music storage but Pandora and Deezer are being removed as well from previous devices. Music storage was first step and users were told to use Pandora or Deezer instead so many did so subcribing for those services (needed paid subscription). This was an alternative to custom offline music and eventually users migrated towards it. Now, this option is being removed as well. I would be quite upset if I got yearly subscription to one of those and suddenly Fitbit announces end of support.
About swimming, it's not only that there is no real-time laps. Sometime, between Sense and Sense 2 this happened so I don't know why to bother with swim tracking anymore. Probably next thing to be abandoned (so Fitbit can go back to manufaturing cheaper non-waterresistant units).

Pandora and Deezer stored their music on the tracker, this classifies as music storage. IE: from the OP music. In any case all music is being removed from all trackers. Hopefully to make room for future enhancements

I feel that I’ve downgraded when I bought Sense 2. 🙄 no snore report. Won’t stay connected to my phone. I don’t need Alexa if it won’t work unless your phone is on you! I will continue to use Siri when I have my phone. Very disappointed.

On my sense 1 I could say ok Google call mom and it did. I could say ok Google text kid and I could send a text.
I used to use Spotify premium and the Fitbit could control the music forward skip...

My short answer is unlimited number of functionalities have been removed from Sense 2.
Because it no longer supports any 3rd party application.
