Sense 2 getting notifications for SMS spam

I am using my Sense 2 with Samsung S23 and have Google Messages as the SMS app. I get a lot of SMS spam and have them marked as such in Google Messages, so I don't typically see them or get notifications on the phone. However, every now and then, I am getting notifications for them on Sense 2. When I unlock the phone, I see no SMS for it as it is already moved into spam folder. Is there a setting that I can tweak to avoid receiving false notifications on Sense 2?

Hi @harilom - Google seems to have a strange behaviour, don't know if there is a way to stop it. 

It does the same on a Garmin when I open Google email. It seems to send any unopened messages to the watch
