Hi @Sheliahammer - try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start.
If this doesn't fix it try changing clock face to a Fitbit one in the Fitbit App Gallery tile.

Mine stopped for several hours recently. So I asked it to do an ECG, and it magically found my heart beat again. Now it seems to be tracking ok.

Hi @sgbednar - thanks for the solution that worked for you.
It would seem restarting the clock face [not the watch] by doing something else cured the clock face fault.
It is a useful tip to invoke something else so that the clock face restarts when you come back to it.

@guy I have found in general that Sense 2 often has data that it says it doesn't have. There are apparently quite a few display problems, in both the watch and the app, i.e., it tells me it can't detect my heart rate, but has no trouble giving me my HRV or doing an ECG; or the app says there is no SpO2 data available, but flipping through screens on the watch to prompt it to retrieve data it actually does have will often bring back the SpO2 in the app. Since I have lost hope for anything getting fixed, this has become my go-to workaround when data is "not available."
