While wearing my watch (having charged it the night before) it just stopped working. I tried putting it back on charge but this had no effect. I am unable to do anything with it.

Let me help you with your Smartwatch Sense 2 that shut down. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried.
This is an unexpected behavior but it seems like that a restart may resolve the issue:
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
If the device still seems to be shut down, see if the Fitbit app syncs with your Sense 2 and try to change the clock face you currently have:
- Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then devices icon and then your device.
- Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
- Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install.

There is no response from the watch, no vibrations when holding the reset button and the app can’t sync to it.
