Sense 2 keeps saying 'to pay press side button'

My sense 2 keeps vibrating and the message coming up saying ‘to pay press side button’, this happens all day long and I can’t get back to the clock face, I have re set it lots of times and factory re set it twice but still keeps happening.

Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as it should. Thanks for having spent your time trying to fix it on your own. Considering what you've tried so far without success, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:

That is my thought @N8teGee 

Maybe a shutdown of the Sense 2 then restart. Doing this is the best way to reset hardware @Sara1956
