I have arrived in France for a holiday and my sense 2 has changed to french. How do I get it back to English please

Thanks for providing the details regarding your Sense 2.

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then App Settings then Location.
2.Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
3.Choose your country, then sync your device.
4.Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

Note that your Fitbit device uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account.
