I’ve had my sense 2 for over a year and suddenly it is not recording my walks correctly. For example, I walked 2.1 miles today and it recorded my walk as 1.34 miles. My battery if sufficient during my walks and my gps is working. I’ve tried restarting my sense 2 but still no luck. Can anyone help with this?

Hello, @Morgan026 and welcome to the community.
Thanks for letting us know about this situation in regards to your Sense 2 incorrectly tracking your walks.
Are you manually starting your walks in the exercise app? If not, I recommend you to do so, here you can check how to do so. Also, make you sure you're wearing the Sense 2 correctly, since this can impact the walk tracking.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello, I am manually starting my walks and my sense 2 is being worn correctly. My batter is also greater than 80% charged and my walks are still being logged incorrectly. For example, yesterday I walked 2.17 miles and it was logged as 1.47 miles. Very frustrating. Thanks for the help.

Were you able to check the article just to make sure you're wearing the Sense 2 correctly?
