I have the Push Notifications setting for Low Battery switched to On as it has been, but I have not received any notifications for the past couple of weeks. The only indication that I have a low battery is when it is about 9% and a warning is displayed on the watch itself. I did set the email notifications setting to On which seems to work, but I find the email annoying and prefer the push notification as that is they way things have worked on this watch and previous watches for years. I assume that this was broken in a recent update of the app. Please fix ASAP.

Welcome back to the community, @CompMom.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the low battery notification on your Sense 2.
I recommend you to check this article, specifically in the part 'Why are notifications delayed or missing?', I'm positive this will help you to get this improved.

Of course, I looked at all of the settings (watch, app, and phone) prior to reporting the problem. Nothing has changed from when it was working to now where it is not working except for an update of the app which last occurred on Sept 25. This issue has been going on at least that long, if not longer. There have been a lot of recent updates to the app changing how things are calculated and behave. It's the app.
I also checked this forum for which I did see a "resolution" that said to turn on email notification which I did and I do get the email notification, but that is NOT a solution. It is a workaround. The push notification is preferred as it stays in the notification area of my phone and is more visible than being hidden away in an email which is only visible when scrolling through email. Seeing the push notification acts as a reminder to charge my watch when it is convenient to do so which is far better than waiting until the watch warning at about a 9% battery level. At that point, the watch needs to be charged immediately which may not be possible.

And this is STILL not working. Is there any action being taken to resolve this issue that I reported via this forum over 3 weeks ago, but have been dealing with the issue for much, much longer?
