I have raised this issue before but it's still playing up. My sense 2 is recording steps taken, floors climbed and calories burned but not the distance. For example it says I've done over 7000 steps today , 11 floors and 1200 calories but only 0.02 miles which is obviously incorrect. I've tried restarting the Fitbit and letting it run out of battery and then recharging and restarting. Nothing has worked to fix this. It has only happened since the 1st August.

Welcome to the community @Gnomey66.
Thanks for sharing the details regarding this inconvenience with your Sense 2 and the attempts to fix it through the restart.
First of all, please check this article in order to confirm that you are using the device correctly.
I'd suggest you checking that the GPS is connected during your activity and that you've already set your stride length. You can take a look at this help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? Please check this help article which explains the factors that impact the accuracy of your device.
In the meantime, adjust your stride length in the Fitbit app.

I have checked and I am using my Fitbit correctly and the GPS is connected and stride length is set.
This doesn't answer why it was recording distances as well as steps before the 1st August and now is only recording steps and not distance taken. I want to know roughly how long some of the walks I take are ( I always take them as a rough guide as I know that the distance recorded isn't 100% accurate).
