Sense 2 really inaccurate

I’m finding the sense 2 very inaccurate with heart rate and Zones and it’s really pissing me off, already today iv clocked up 131 zone min and all iv done is hoover and light house work. I had the versa 3 before and it was brilliant but it eventually gave up the ghost on me and I’m so disappointed with this sense 2 now , anyone any insight as to what I can do with it. I have a low resting heart rate so my zones are low but surely if the versa didn’t clock up so many than this one should be even better and more accurate . Any suggestions would be much appreciated as it’s currently pointless using it.

Hi @LeahH42 - unfortunately there is not much you can do as the watch is not noted for heart rate accuracy during movement.

Even so, in case there is a specific watch issue try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, to force a watch refresh.
