Sense 2 refund

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On 23rd May 2024, I’ve spoken to Fitbit’s Customer Support regarding my Sense 2 watch displaying a Red X.

Long story short after various emails communication with Customer Support, on 3rd June 2024, they have agreed to make a refund. They also informed that the refund will be processed between 3-6 weeks from the day Payoneer account is set up.

My Payoneer account was successfully set up on 4th June 2024. However, till today no refund was made.

I’ve also made email followup but sadly no reply.

Appreciate your immediate response to make the refund as soon as possible.

Thank you.

t should return the money to the card that was used for payment.  Payoneer is just some delaying tactic to alienate customers

Best Answer

it is not only a delaying tactic (six weeks!) , it more like a way not to pay at all. I have been waiting and emailing (+chat) with both Payoneer and Fitbit "support"for the last seven weeks.  If they suggest using Payoneer DO NOT accept

Sadly until today no response from them. So unprofessional. If they are in the midst of processing, at least they could have give a courtesy reply.

I agree with you.  Fitbit should keep the customer updated on the refund progress. I am waiting for my refund too. Just let's keep our fingers crossed that we will get our refund very soon.

Agreed with you. We can only pray and hope for the best.

This is soooo depressing. I've been waiting months for a refund...they initially told me I needed a Paypal account. Today they told me they no longer use Paypal and to open a Payoneer account. I came on here to ask if I need to do anything else once the account has been activated...are they notified automatically?

Hi there,

For me I did nothing after the Payoneer account registration on 8/11. Today 15/11, I received an email from Fitbit support stated that the refund will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks from the time they disabled my device.

Yes, it started like that for many of us. The Payoneer registration seems
not difficult. What is difficult is getting them to pay you. Having to wait
six weeks is unbelievable. But worse is that even after six weeks you will
not have received anything. Eventually they will just close your claim

No, they will not notify you. They told me that explicitly : you have to
keep logging in to Payoneer and see if anything happens (it won't).
What they didn't tell me is that they will not pay at all. When I ask them
that, they are silent

How can they keep doing this to all the customers that thought they were dealing with a honest company.  dealing with them

is a nightmare.  Watches that can shock you But they are saying it's our fault because of our skin conditions?

Hi, I have a similary story. They have instructed me to open Payoneer account which I did. However now Payoneer is saying I have to connect my Fitbit account with their account, but I can't find this feature anywhere. Did anyone have this problem?

Thanks

Yes exactly the same situation. Maybe there was an option on Fitbit
account page (or not) but after migration to Google there certainly is not.
Neither Fitbit nor Google Customer Supports respond to emails.

They really are doing their best to make this as complicated as possible. So frustrating.

they have had me jumping through hoops to try to get my refund . I have
given up they win I'm not going to get my money back . Lesson learned
sometimes you can't or they won't let you get your money back. I've wasted
6 months and a lot of time trying to get them to just send me a label to
return it to them. Then they close the support group.
hope you have better luck .
