I've gotten a similar response from a Motorola g Stylus 5G.
It started last night random rebooting, After a factory reset I was no longer able to connect to the Sense 2. Previously it was connected.
And the random rebooting has returned. I am unsure if it is due to the Firmware or not.
Firmware Version: 60.20001.210.26
I am now considering changing to a different tracker (Not FitBit or Google), as this is not my first FitBit device, I don't really want to change, but getting help seems elusive.

Hi @Mr_Mike and welcome @Rejected to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the bluetooth connectivity between your Sense 2 and your Android mobile. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already performed.
@Mr_Mike: usually, after a factory reset a setup is needed. Make sure to follow the instructions below after performing a factory reset :
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon .
- Tap Add more devices.
- Choose your Sense 2 and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Regarding your issue @Rejected, can you explain in which way the Bluetooth connection is rejected? Did you follow the instructions listed in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I talked with support earlier today, and it turns out the Sense 2 has died.
A successor has been ordered.
