Sense 2 screen is acting odd

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I plug in my Sense 2 to charge, the charging screen flashes on (where it  shows the battery percentage) and off (showing the clock face).  It vibrates everything it goes back to the charging screen, so it's basically connecting and disconnecting itself from charging even though it's still attached to the charger.  It charges very slowly this way, and when I do take it off the charger, it doesn't display the correct battery percentage.  I have to do a reboot of the watch for it to register the correct battery amount.  I have cleaned the connectors on the watch and the charge cable and used different USB ports o  different devices as I have seen suggested on other posts with this problem, but none of those have worked.

Hi @someday1 - just in case see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Consider also changing clock face and verify watch settings display timeout value.

Don't forget to pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons too.
