It shows patial display. For example it shows steps left but not steps taken.

Thank you so much for letting us know that the display of your Sense 2 is only showing partially.

I suggest you try to do the following:

Restart your Sense 2: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
Change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Have you already updated the newest version of the Fitbit app?
