The time doesn’t show up on my Screen! What can I do to get to show up

Hi, @Okiegal65 - if the watch is not charged then nothing will show, but if you double tap the screen or press the button and you get a display, pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and disable all icons, except Brightness [which may or may not work anyway].

Then when you raise your wrist the display will come on.

If that is not working it will need charging and if charging isn't working see the full guide in  How to check charge cable - Sense/ 2Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

My Fitbit will try to come on then I get a big X across the screen and I can’t do anything else. This is after it’s been on the charger for 24 hours
