Sense 2 synching

I have a sense 2 setup on my iphone with no issues.

I got my daughter one for Christmas and have it set up on both an iphone and an android tablet.

Syncing takes 90 seconds to 2 minutes if it works and the battery is draining within 2 days.

I have tried restarting the watch and the phone/ tablet, toggling bluetooth on and off and a factory reset on the watch all the no avail.

Any suggestions?

I never heard of one connected to both iPhone and Android.  Since yours works fine connected to iPhone only, why not try that with daughter's and see how that works? Then go from there.  At least find out if that is an issue.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It was connected to iPhone only and had syncing issues (only syncing maybe
1 time in 4 and taking up to 2 minutes to synch).

I connected it to an android tablet as well to see if it was an issue with
the iPhone’s Bluetooth or an issue with the watch. We’re experiencing the
same connection issues with android.

I have removed it from the iPhone and only had it connected to android -
still have the same problem.

For reference, my one (same model, same OS, same settings) syncs every time
in under 10 seconds.
