Sense 2 unable to get notifications on phone

Hello,

I just recently bought a Sense 2 but the connection to my phone seems to be intermittent. I have to reset it every day in order to get notifications on my phone.

I have restarted, disconnect, reconnected the device with my phone to no success. I have enabled all notifications options. The notification only shows up whenever I reboot the device which needs to be done a couple of times a day/daily.

Can someone please help me with this? I am using mobile phone Redmi Note 10. Thanks!016F1C8F-BFDE-41D9-A2C9-64EB5B9966E8.jpeg

Is the app updated and running in the background?  Also, which Android version are you running?

Hi @Treecatlady @jojodomo . Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the inconvenience you found with your Sense 2 and for sharing that you already tried a few steps.

Before taking any other options into consideration, please make sure that you've tried the steps listed in this article, as they have been helpful for other users experiencing something similar, and you can also try to disabling the notifications completely and setting them up again.

In addition, please check that the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode options are not activated, as they prevent the watch from vibrating and receiving notifications.

If you're still having the same problem, other users have also found the steps below helpful:

  1. On your phone, open the Settings app then Apps and notifications then Apps.
  2. Tap Fitbit then Battery.
  3. Turn off the Power-intensive prompt option.
  4. Tap Launch.
  5. Turn off the Manage automatically option, and turn on the Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background options.
  6. Tap OK.
