Is the app updated and running in the background? Also, which Android version are you running?

Hello, I am interested to know if you have rectified this problem. I also have a sense 2 and redmi note 10. I have had this problem for a few months and have tried all the suggested troubleshooting. Thanks.

Hi @Treecatlady @jojodomo . Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for the information provided regarding the inconvenience you found with your Sense 2 and for sharing that you already tried a few steps.
Before taking any other options into consideration, please make sure that you've tried the steps listed in this article, as they have been helpful for other users experiencing something similar, and you can also try to disabling the notifications completely and setting them up again.
