My Sense needed charging and I connected the charger. After about 5 hours of charging, I went to use it and it was dead! The screen will not come on; it is non-functional.  Any suggestions?

Adding on to what @Guy_ mentioned, you should also contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask them for a Battery Test.
