Sense 2 won't charge

It won’t charge.  It did originally to set up but didn’t hold the charge and won’t recharge

I have the same problem. Tried everything suggested above. The charger is fine as it charges my husband's fitbit but mine just makes a funny buzzing noise and charges 5% in 2 hours.

Welcome @Alfieri, to the Fitbit Forums. 

I'm sorry to read your Sense 2 is having difficulties to charge. 

In case you haven't already, I suggest performing the next set of steps:

 

  • Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Fitbit to the charging cable.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.

I have done all these things. My personal watch has the same charging equipment and I have inter changed them and mine works for me but none will work on the Sense2.

Hi there @Alfieri. Thanks for getting back to us with more info about this issue with your Sense 2. 

The next thing I would advise is hard restarting your device before charging it. Kindly give the left button a 10-second press and hold until it starts to vibrate, and then let it to charge for at least half an hour.

This one won't charge at all. I need to get an email to talk with someone. This one needs to go back to the Fitbit plant.

My sense 2bought 6/09/23  but last couple weeks needs charging every 2-3 days and then won’t charge. On going back to argos outside 30 days told to ring Fitbit  ,

on doing this told to do what I had done by cleaning charger ,then receiving email but web site uk was down to wait 48 hrs to fill out details  . 
today received what I thought replacement but sent just face told to use bracelet I have ok but face is refurbished unit   I don’t rate this as being good customer service and after 10 weeks for £269.00

totally wrong  on trying to charge new face my charger will not fit on new face so sending new charger  5-7 days again  so annoying as expected new replacement

will not buy Fitbit again told if bought from there web site a new replacement would be given but because bought from argos have to have refurbished unit

very unhappy
