Hi @Rrosemary7 - did you also check the charge cable, see tips in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It's also possible a restart may help by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Best AnswerI love my Fitbit Sense and have had it for a few years without fail. However there are complaints about the charger and the magnetic pins. One of my four pins the spring broke so it is not connecting. I took off the back and used a small whilling and hammer to push it back up a bit. It worked! And I have ordered a new cable. So this was only a temporary fix.
