Anyone else having issues syncing their device? One again I’m having issues this morning…. There seems to be an issue every other day these days! I’ve had various Fitbit’s for the last 5 years with no issues but this year, there is always something.

I tried all of the steps listed out above but am now not able to repair my device at all. It says that it’s connected to my Bluetooth but the 4-digit code never shows up on my watch and it times out.

I would contact fitbit by phone, they have a phone number under they help. They will get you through the hard restart. Timing out, in my experience is the internet. Not enough speed for what you are trying to do. I have my setup on my iPad and at times I have to shut it off and restart it. Same with my Mac computer. Good luck
