As has been said previously, why not request a warranty exchange? It seems like some of you may have bad units because some of us are having no issues at all and if we are all running the same firmware it would seem to point toward an issue with specific units.

That might be nice, but after reading all of the previous messages and responses, especially the ones about customer service “help” I’m having flashbacks to my old Sense and am very sorry that I didn’t check this forum before switching to Sense 2 a few weeks ago.
The same thing happened with my old Sense and after having been sent SEVERAL replacements I decided to order a Sense2 thinking maybe the updated version was the answer. Silly me 🙄
Same old problems PLUS $300 less in my pocket.
very, very, very disappointed.

So I decide to power through and after 2-3 weeks of wearing it to bed everynight, I occasionally get a sleep score. I am going to give it another week and hope that the AI algorithm needs more time and data to consistently give me a sleep score - call me the eternal optimist or hoping for a holiday miracle 🤷:male_sign:

Not sure if this helps any, but have you gone into your dashboard settings on this website and tried increasing the sleep sensitivity and sleep tracking to "sensitive"? Set the wrist to Dominant/Non-Dominant?

Oh yes, I've tried it all. Everything and anything that has been suggested or I could think of. Nothing worked, except a factory reset, but now I'm having the same issues all over again.

I have the same issue and told to change the sleep sensativity. It did not work. My Sense worked perfectly but the Sense 2 has not really worked. It did not work.Moderator, please give us a solution. Not a happy customer!!!

I just got a replacement sense 2 for this issue, amongst other things, and I set it up and wore it last night for the first time... same issue!! It didn't track my sleep stages and said it couldn't get a consistent heart rate. When i first wore it, it was tracking my heart rate at 130 to 140 for 20 minutes, which in reality was 50 to 60. I'm beyond frustrated.

Returned my Sense 2 got a Sense 1 with it I tried different positions on the wrist and tightness of the watch band. Eventually I get constant readings now every night. I did however got some AFib notifications but didn't trust them as the watch didn't show a sleep score. I had high hopes that this wellness part of the Sense 1 would work. The only good thing went to a cardiologist who subscribed to wear a monitor for 7 days to detect if the Sense 1 AFib notifications are bogus or not. If they are false alarms there goes another advantage of the Fitbit products. 😠

@LizzyFitbit I have got the not tracking sleep issue as well. I am really getting annoyed with Fitbit as they have not resolved the issue with Google apps on the Sense 2 and now I can't even track sleep with it. My feeling is that the Sense 2 was released too early. Currently it is not fit for purpose with all the bugs and iisues that it has got. When is Fitbit going to address the issues and give us who have paid a reasonable amount of money to get the top of the range Fitbit product?

Even though I went to sleep at 10 last night, when I woke at 8 after a complete night of sleep Fitbit said I got 1.1 hrs of sleep from 5:30 to 7:30.
This happens at least 3 nights a week. Difficult to get a handle on sleep patterns when they're so far off. Very frustrating, and yes, tracker is set to sensitive.

I have this issue as well. It happens quite randomly for me.
