My sense 2 shows a black screen no matter if I reset it or charge it. Bought new charger thinking that’s the issue but still nothing. It’s only a year old anyone know what to do?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.
There is quite a chance that your device's battery is deep discharged. Sometimes cleaning the charging contacts will fix charging issues. Please take your time for detailed troubleshooting on that:
