I bought my FitBit Sense 2 06/2021 and was excited with the features and it was cheaper than Apple Watch. In March of 2023 , it suddenly would not boot up- After checking off all the troubleshooting checklist, I called support and they replaced it with a new one a few weeks later. Last week , i.e. six months later it conked out again.
