My fitbit sense has suddenly, in the last 24 hours, stopped holding a charge (it went dead in the night so I charged it and was at 100% this morning, but by 11am it was dead again). I am also having trouble with the start button not being easy to press - I had to try 5 or 6 times to press it before my fitbit would register anything, and it took me 15 minutes of trying to be able to force a restart on the watch in order to try to fix any issues - nothing I have tried so far seems to be working, and there are no updates for either my device or app that I can see available.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have had the watch for just over 6 months

Hi @lucief1 - your symptoms seem to indicate a watch fault and as it is under warranty seek a replacement. A sudden short battery life can happen if the watch got wet.
Is your watch a Sense or a Sense 2?
