Sense won't switch on

2 days ago my sense went off and won't go on again. It's a solid black screen.

On charging, it gets hot but won't go on. At one point it was continuously vibrating with a black screen. A while later, it did the green Fitbit symbol briefly but then went back to a black screen.

Any ideas?

No help but came here for same reason. I don’t know if it’s not charging or what but I haven’t had any trouble till yesterday

Hi @SnowySeason - if your watch gets hot when charging stop immediately, it is dangerous and also faulty and if under warranty can be replaced.

@Jeemom - if a watch gets water in it it can cause shorting and so won't work properly or at all.
