The stainless steel bit at the back of the watch suddenly went missing. I didn’t even notice when it disappeared 😳

Does it need to be replaced, is this the beginning of the end?

Hi @Annicea - this seems to be a common problem with this model see Metal trim on back of Sense 2 fell off

If it is still under warranty it can be replaced but it may happen again.

Thank you, you are right! I contacted Fitbit and they replaced it.
