Hello everyone, last 2 days my sleep doesn’t sync and I got my watch 2 weeks ago ;( really disappointed

Hi @Margarita2406 @Diane015 - the Fitbit App has a lot to do to work out sleep score etc. And can also lose connection.
It may take several sync tries and can take up to an hour or more to be available.
But just in case there is a watch issue hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Then see for the next night if the refresh helps, assuming you are getting good sleep of course.

thanks for reply, just restarted watch, last 2 days still not showing . Hopefully will work this night. With this kind of watch such glitches should not happen specially after 2 week of purchase 250$ and boom glitch 🙄

Thanks @Margarita2406 - just to be sure check your heart rate for the missing nights, it should fall at sleep time and remain reasonably low till wake time, as this is used to monitor sleep.
If it is not working properly you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

my hear rate as usually same. Anyway if tonight it’s not gonna work I will return item and won’t purchase Fitbit again.
