I’ve had my watch for 6 months and I woke this morning to find that one of the straps had come off - I have managed it reconnect it but am worried that it might come off again whilst I’m out - what should be do?

Hello @Chardonnay2024 and welcome to the Community.  There is a quick release lever that you use to release the band.  It is spring loaded and you should feel a distinct click when you attach the band.  I switch between different bands regularly.  I alway feel for the click, then wiggle it a bit more to make sure it is snug.  You can see an animation on your Fitbit app.  Tap on your device/battery icon > Sense 2 > the bright pink How To Use > Removing the band.  If you gently wiggle the lever with the band off, it should spring back to its original position.  I don't think you can fix a broken spring, if that is the issue.
