Support phone number not working

Why can’t I call the phone number for Fitbit support! For the past two days it has said the caller is unavailable when I call it.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Thanks for you help and quick reply. The Canada and us number is the same and that’s the one I’ve been trying to call for two days. I’m talking to somebody from Fitbit on Instagram but it’s a very slow process for a reply and a little frustrating trying to explain everything over DM. Lol hopefully their phone line opens up soon

@Elwilson  some say the chat works quite well. Try that when you have the time.
