I have been wearing a Fitbit and paying for premium services for some time now, but recently I am increasingly unhappy with this app. It takes an act of congress to get it synced with my watch and some days it takes multiple starts and restarts. I hate mine SO MUCH! From the moment I opened it up and felt the cheap material of the band to the sad sad SAD display leaving so much to be desired. I can say at least their customer service was ok. I’m returning mine!
