I have recently bought Fitbit Sense 2. I workout everyday and for that I use Exercise App almost everyday.
I noticed something strange, while working out, if you have to check the time , you can simply slide from calories--steps---time remaining--- current time.
To my surprise, the current time period is in wrong format, for example if I workout in the morning 7am, it should show 7:00am. Instead its displaying as 7:00pm.
But when the workout is complete, the app is updated with correct time period.

My Sense 2 has the correct time but in exercise modes if it's an am time, it shows it as pm. Can I fix this?

Hi @CindySense - there seems to be a bug, try switching to 24hr mode.

I had tried to change the 24 hour time to 12 hour time, some reason clock face for example says 21.55 when I us the excercis function that part would say 9.55 am when it should be 9.55 pm any one have a solution to fix this
-----
Just found this myself and seems to be an issue somewhere with the time zones as I had tried setting 12 hour time even selecting right time zone it would say am instead of pm, me also wonders if this may have a negative impact on some of the premium features with incorrect time zone

Hi @Jaysblueaus123 - it is a known bug, probably only in the display but not necessarily related to time zone.

If it is a “known bug” are they actively fixing it?

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members. @Guy_ Thanks for your great help!
@ssnavs, @CindySense, @Jaysblueaus123 and @Wknlkwd Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well as the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry you've had this experience and to work on this together, may I know since when this started to happen? Is your watch updated to the latest version? Also, does it happen with any exercise? If not, what is the name of the exercise you were tracking?
Because the time shows up correctly on the clock face, let's try the following in the given order:
02-24-2023 17:08

Hi @LizzyFitbit I tried all the steps you mentioned here. Nothing worked. Still the issue exists with the exercise app irrespective of the exercises we select. Both watch and fitbit is up to date with software update.
Exactly, In Australia we pay so much for the watch and yet there is a known bug. The only reason I bought this is it has better battery backup and compatible with Android phones when compared to all other smart watches.

Hi there, @CindySense, @ssnavs and @Jaysblueaus123.
Thanks for trying the steps suggested above. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this situation experienced with the Exercise app. Because the issue persists, I've forwarded this to our team so they can look into this. Once I have more information, I'll update this thread.

Hi everyone!
Thanks for your patience. Let me share our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app (3.76) and while this is a progressive roll out, please check in your phone's app store and make sure to install it if it's already available.
If the issue persists after installing it, don't hesitate to let me know so I can continue helping you with this matter.

Hi LizzyFitBit, I updated the Fitbit app to 3.76 version. I removed and added Sense2 watch again to Fitbit app. I am sorry to say that issue persists. When the 24 hour format is changed, then the mode doesn't appear. It will just show 13:46.
But when its changed to 12 hour format, it still shows 1:46am(The time I am posting this reply is 1:46pm AEDT)

It looks like the update was done on the Fitbit App. I have restarted my phone twice and shut down my Sense2 twice and the time still shows 9:30 pm when it is 9:30 am on all the exercise modes.
