Hi my fit bit has completely lost all function. Won’t turn on, nothing please advise!

Put it on charge for at least 2hrs, then press and hold button for 10 secs until you see the Fitbit logo. Then, sync your phone to your watch.

Adding on to what @Guy_ suggested, if the cable seems ok you could contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask for a Battery Test.
