Update Issue

Hello I did my update yesterday afternoon about 3:30pm central time.  It has stopped recording active zone minutes.  Is this an update issue or is it my device?  I restarted my Sense 2 after the update and again today with no changes for recording zone minutes.

Thank you for any help you can provide!

I noticed the same thing.  Well almost.  I’m getting about 1/3 of the active minutes for the same exact exercises I was doing before.  Seems like the heart rate tracking is desensitized.   Definite change in active zone minute tracking immediately after upgrade.

Thanks to advanced Google ML, heart rate tracking accuracy during exercise is getting better. So you can have more precise info on important metrics like calories burned, Active Zone Minutes, and more”

I don’t see how it can be more accurate. My Fitbit was tracking with my
other heart rate monitors until yesterday after the software update. Once
I noticed the activity monitor wasn’t registering I pulled the other ones
out and the Fitbit wasn’t tracking with the other fitness monitors once I
started exercising - especially in the cardio range.

The only difference between those monitors is that they are applied
directly to my chest.

@yamoonz You may want to contact Fitbit support while it’s still available.
