Best AnswerUPDATE: I did a factory reset as someone suggested and then I was able to complete the update and reconnect my Versa 4 to my app.

Same problem with my Versa 4. App says I need to update...I agree to info and Update button on app turns green...tap button, nothing at all happens. Zero. Have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions with no improvement. Sounds like it's a Fitbit/app problem since we are all saying the same thing with multiple Fitbit devices. I guess we will wait for a fix/update for the app.

I’m having the same issue but with a Versa 4. I’ve tried all the steps I’ve seen. Delete and redownload the app, hard factory reset, restart phone, disconnect and re-pair Bluetooth connection, and it still won’t let me update. My watch face is also stuck like this

My versa 4 is stuck like this, is also dying insanely fast, and won’t let me update
I just did a factory reset with my sense 2 which appears to have solved he problem. The Sense 2 is updated but the app is still in update mode.
I closed the app and restarted it. Now it looks like it's synched and updated but I lost some customizations. Ugh.
Best AnswerHi Natalia,
I know, it is very frustrating.
I first removed the Sense 2 from the Fitbit app and even forgot the Bluetooth connection on my phone. Then did the factory reset.
have you tried that?

Best AnswerI just spent over 2 hours on a chat with them trying to sort this out. In the end it was unresolved and they have sent me a 35% off code to buy a replacement. my Charge 6 was less than 2 yrs old and should really still be working - I am very disappointed!
Mine updated after the “return to factory…” but now I can’t select which apps will send me notifications to Sense 2. Am I missing something?
Best AnswerI’ve tried EVERYTHING suggested here- including all comments- it’s literally HOURS later and still the update button will NOT work! HELP
Best AnswerWhen you did the factory reset, did you also disconnect and forget the Fitbit on your phone?
Which model do you have? Maybe time for an exorcism?

Best AnswerI guess the software is glitchy. I think I did it twice and deleted the app twice too. First forget the Sense 2 and restore it to factory. Make sure to delete the app data when deleting the Fitbit app. Also, restart the iPhone and once reinstall the Fitbit.
then pray it works.
message me when you’re done.

Best AnswerThis worked! Thank you, we tried everything and were about ready to send the watch back.
Best AnswerSame problem here. iPhone and Versa 4. Update button not working. Have tried all avenues suggested. This app and the Fitbit products have become garbage since Google’s takeover. I had my original Fitbit product trackers for nearly 10 years without issue. I loved the older model products so much. Since buying the versa 4 (twice) under Google’s ownership, it’s been nothing but glitches, products that don’t work, and an app that isn’t user friendly and doesn’t work half the time. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Looking to switch to another tracker if anyone has any suggestions. I’m not averse to an Apple Watch but I just don’t need all the features it comes with. Something simpler would be preferred.
