Versa 3 today icon will not work.  Want to change watch face.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 3.

I'm not sure if you already solve the difficulty. If not, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Give it a try to change the clock face following the steps listed in this help article.
