Brand new out of the box. Vibrating every few seconds and screen flipping between "charging" and main. Checked the connection, cleaned the charging sensors etc. Whatever else was suggested in previous threads. I'm sorry but this is not very good for an expensive brand new product

I had this issue a few days before my sense 2 stopped charging completely. cleaning the contacts and the back of the watch with rubbing alcohol did not help. It only gave me one month of good use before the charging problems started..

Hi @KatLee89 - it could be a faulty charge cable, surprising for a brand new one, but they do fail, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa won't charge, won't start or blank screen
