Hello there @McKgirl, welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm happy to help you figure out what's going on with the weather app.
Here's the thing, the weather information isn't displayed directly on your watch, it's provided by an app you can install.
To get started, follow these instructions: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

Hi @McKgirl - for you to see weather on the watch the watch has to be able to connect to the Fitbit App on your phone and may not be able.
Just in case see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

@McKgirl- in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, there is a weather tile and scroll down to the bottom to check there is a weather app. Both should be present.
If the weather tile is missing click Manage and add it, then sync the watch.
If the weather tile is present click Manage and remove it, then sync the watch. Then do the previous step again.
The actual weather only shows on the watch when it syncs [not in the app itself which is used purely for configuration]
If none of that works you may need to factory reset it [not without risk] but if still under warranty it can be replaced.
