@McKgirl- did you try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Hello there @McKgirl, welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'm happy to help you figure out what's going on with the weather app.

Here's the thing, the weather information isn't displayed directly on your watch, it's provided by an app you can install.

To get started, follow these instructions: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

this is not the answer I was looking for as I have the app downloaded to my phone already, the problem is that the fitbit app is now missing the weather information even though when I click on Gallery, "My Tiles" shows the weather tile. The weather tile shows as installed.

Hi @McKgirl - for you to see weather on the watch the watch has to be able to connect to the Fitbit App on your phone and may not be able.

Just in case see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Ok I just did that but makes no difference because the weather is NOT showing on the Fitbit app even tho the weather tile is on the app when I click on "gallery".

@McKgirl- in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, there is a weather tile and scroll down to the bottom to check there is a weather app. Both should be present.

If the weather tile is missing click Manage and add it, then sync the watch.

If the weather tile is present click Manage and remove it, then sync the watch. Then do the previous step again.

The actual weather only shows on the watch when it syncs [not in the app itself which is used purely for configuration]

If none of that works you may need to factory reset it [not without risk] but if still under warranty it can be replaced.
