I bought a strap for a Sense 2 from a well known auction online site. It is too wide to fit. It seems to be 24mm. On the Fitbit website the straps also are 24mm. But my Sense 2 measures nearer 22mm.
Does anyone know why my watch is different and what strap to buy?
Thanks

Best AnswerI heard some Sense 2 straps were made for Sense, and since they both were 24mm, it was assumed they the ones made for Sense should also fit the Sense 2. But it was not the case as there could be a slight lip on the Sense clasp that prevents it from being fully inserted into the Sense 2. Here is an writeup on it:

Hi @Clunegapyears - it sounds like you didn't receive the correct strap.
The older Versa 2 or before watches have a pin type attachment.
Below in the photo you will see the difference.
Versa/Versa 2 on the top
Sense 1/2 -Versa 3/4 in the middle
Universal at the bottom, can be attached to any of them, using adapter when necessary
