Can’t control music, Can’t enable GPS for exercises, Google pay doesn’t work, Can’t answer calls from my Fitbit and Find My Phone isn’t even a feature anymore.
I used to be a strong supporter of Fitbit. I have previously bought them for all of my family members, versa3 and versa2 models and recommended them to everyone around me. I have convinced four people to purchases Fitbits in the last 2 months along with my own only to find out they have removed basic functionality. Very disappointed and I would like a response from Fitbit explaining why they have removed them and if/when they’ll be back.

Agree completely. The “sense 2” calls are what really bugs me. It almost always disconnects, I think I’ve been able to answer a total of maybe 3-4 calls in the 7 months I’ve had this device. Sense 2 also always disconnects from Fitbit app even though I always leave it open in the background, I have to go into the app several times a day to manually sync it if I want to make sure my info is current. I loved my versa 2 which is why I got this but very disappointed. I just recently bought my SO a galaxy watch 5 and it’s great for him! I’m trying to deal with the sense 2 at least until Christmas so it doesn’t feel like a complete waste of money. I will be switching to Apple Watch though.

I'm thinking the exact same thing only i might pick black Friday for a deal. A small part of me is still hopeful they're working on fixing it but who knows.
