Alexa is not responding on my sense. Its loaded and updated, but it doesnt answer anything. The circle just sits there on the screen??

Try shutting the Sense down completely (either by holding your finger over the sensor on the left for 10 seconds or by scrolling to "Settings" then "About" and "Shut Down"). Next, turn it back on by holding your finger over the left sensor again for 10 seconds. That should help with the Alexa issue.
If not, then you will need to set it up as a new device on your Fitbit account, and then set up Alexa on your Sense again.

Well, I got Alexa back but now my Glance watch face stopped working. So tired of this crap every time there is an update.
