Hi @Spicejen - the most common causes of short battery life is using all the features all of the time.
If you drive a Ferrari at top speed everywhere you won't get good mileage. see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life. Eliminate things you don't need, such as Snore detection or SpO2 if you are in good health and may be gain 4 days more battery life.
