App crashing

For the last 5 days, I cannot get my app to stay on. It opens then immediately closes. After phone restart and checking for updates, I don't know what else to try. I have had this since December with no problems.

Which operating system does your phone have? IOS, Android..?

 

If not already done before, feel free to logout from the fitbit app.

  • Afterwards restart your phone once more;
  • Reinstall the Fitbit App freshly from the app store;
  • Login to Fitbit;

@Jaebird315Normal solutions for Fitbit App issues are:

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

 

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

 

or as @SunsetRunner mentioned

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo notification setup.

 

Note the need to redo Notifications set up if you uninstall the App.

Of your phone has the issue @SteveH points to, your email program should also be crashing. 

Please update your chrome browser which has a fix.
