I was wondering does only the Sp02 signature clock face record Sp02 levels while you sleep or are there other clock face that can record Sp02 level too?

Information provided by @WilsonFitbit are only partial.
Let's clarify that in order to record SpO2 you don't need the dedicated clock face, it is sufficient to install the SpO2 Tracker app that runs in the background. Bear in mind that there also some findings from the community that it appears that if you run at the same time the SpO2 clockface and the SpO2 Tracker app the reading might fail, I'm unable to confirm this.
Now, if instead what you want is to visualize the SpO2 on the clockface, I confirm there are only the few clockfaces made available from Fitbit. The reason is that no independent developer can include such data in their clockface as Fitbit is not releasing the API in the SDK for developers. So @WilsonFitbit can not pretend to look for other clockfaces as he should be aware of such huge limitation.

Hello @Thexx. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you very much for your question. Based on the information provided in this help article, to collect SpO2 data, your Fitbit Sense needs one of the available SpO2 clock faces that are in the Clock Face Gallery. Seems that there aren't any other clock faces that will track SpO2 data.
The SpO2 clock faces are only available in certain countries at this time. If you don’t see them in the Clock Face Gallery, the feature isn’t available in your region
Hope this helps.

Are the SpO2 clock faces available in the United States? It is not on my Charge 5.
Thanks,
Lynnette

Hello @Lynnette18 and welcome to the Community. You wrote that you have a Charge 5, but posted in the Sense forum. No harm, no foul. The SpO2 clock faces that are mentioned in this thread are for the smartwatches, not a tracker like your Charge 5. You don't need a special clock face. Your SpO2 is reported in your Today stats -- when you swipe up on your clock face. Note -- it can take an hour or more for it to show up on your Charge 5 after you wake up.
